Great customer service in the front office. Got me in same day for tire install and alignment without an appointment. Did a great job, balance on my wheels feels great and alignment is spot on. Very happy with my experience. Would definitely recommend this location.

Arrived before my scheduled appointment, three people arrived after me for the same thing, no appointment. They all left before me. There was no place to sit for the hour i waited while they changed the oil. And they did not reset the service indicator so I still have to see that alarm popping up every time I turn on my car. They upped the price, last year it was $80 for the same thing that was $145 this year. Additionally, they dinged my door. Its fixable with a quick dab of touch up paint but it wasn't there before they serviced it. If my car were new I would be pissed but its not so I will deal, but it shouldn't have happened. Won’t be going back. Guy at the counter was friendly enough but that was about it. 🫤

Efficiency is all I can say. Doyen was extremely helpful. Was about to hit road and my tire pressure light came on..There was a long line for regular service but Doyen graciously checked my pressure thoroughly & off I was. So thankful for Firestone's complimentary service that I'm going to give them more service from now on.

Faulty alternator causing shifting problems and need for a battery replacement. The staff was welcoming, friendly and listened intently when I tried to explain what was going on with my vehicle. The Service advisor was very knowledgeable when she was explaining what caused the issue and how they planned on resolving it. She was extremely helpful by getting us a same day appointment, as we were leaving for vacation and had limited flexibility. The mechanic was able to complete the repairs exceptionally quickly and got my car back up and running and returned to me the very next day, less than 24 hour turnaround! I would highly recommend using this location for your next vehicle service needs.

Terrible wait times , the customer service definitely need some help immediately! Returned multiple times cause I do google review cause hertz wasn’t too responsive about responding to responsible people’s things that are ready for Their passagers safefty home safe home. Or to trips. Was gonna c if my car was on a Lyft but it wasn’t just left open without keys near this place. The places couldn’t be responsible for any new places to . Keep ya keys not in the car even if you gave them keys. I went to c if my car was okay but I left my keys. I am on google now there is proof
